Issue Trade license

It is a service requested by the customer in order to obtain an official approved document through which he can begin legally conducting business in the emirate. During this service, the customer can issue a memorandum of association or a service agent contract in the legal form specified in the preliminary approval.

Trade licenses are classified as follows:

Normal License: A Memorandum of Association (which can be obtained electronically or manually) and a site lease contract are required.

Instant License: It is granted in a single step and within five minutes for a set of activities that do not require external approvals, with the option to issue a memorandum of association and a virtual site for the first year. The following bundle services are issued concurrently with this license:

Membership in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce for commercial activities
The general directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs establishment card
The establishment card issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, in which the customer receives a text message approving the opening of the establishment card and the creation of an automatic file for the employment of three employees. This license is valid for the following legal entities:
Limited Liability Corporation (L.L.C)
Limited liability corporation a sole proprietor (L.L.C – SO)
Civil company with a sole proprietorship

DED trader license: This is a sole establishment license that Dubai home-based businesses with a trade name can obtain.

Types of trade licenses:
